I will personally show your home so as to ensure the safety and integrity of your home at all times. I show up to every inspection and every appraisal so that I am able to relay accurate, first-hand information to you and fully understand the information we are given in any reports a Buyer may request.

At the close of escrow, prior to the new owner taking possession of the property, I hire a professional cleaning service to come in and clean your property, top to bottom. When moving, the very last thing you will want to do is clean the home; I take care of all of that worry and headache as part of my service to you.

Lastly, I treat every one of my clients like family; I want to make sure that you and your needs are fully advocated for. I want to fully understand your goals so that we can make educated decisions to get you where you want to be and while delivering an "above the status quo" experience.

Finding the right home and going through the Buying Process can be difficult whether you are a First Time Homebuyer, or and Experienced Homebuyer. My goal is to facilitate all of the connections within a transaction to make this process as stress-free as possible.

I am a creative problem-solver and a people-pleaser; those traits work to my advantage in Real Estate. My goal is to effectively communicate with you, the Seller's Agent, the Lender, the Inspectors, the Appraisers, the Title Company and Escrow, to keep us and the transaction on track.

I handle all scheduling and as part of my fiduciary duty to you, I work as a Team Leader with all of the parties to our transaction to ensure your goals are met and exceeded with the purchase of your new home.

At the close of escrow, not only will I provide a One-Year Home Warranty for you, but I also will pay for a professional cleaner to come and expertly clean the home prior to you moving in. There's nothing better than walking into a nice clean home, knowing it's all yours!
